Overview
Even though Baker Sheet Metal Corporation fabricates many styles and shapes of interior doors, they all fall
into two categories:
- Flush Panel (MSC, USCG & Commercial Vessels) or
- Extruded Aluminum (U.S. Navy Ships)

Flush Panel Doors are flat on both sides and look much like any door you might see in a
commercial building. We make them of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.

Extruded Aluminum Doors are the most common on Navy Vessels and are not flat on both sides.
They are recessed at the top and at the bottom for the kick-out safety panel. These doors are distinguished
and ordered by their alphabetic letter designation.
